Hope for Kids is a non-profit based in Canmore. Our aim is to help to ease some of the stress that families who have a child with health issues encounter. Trying to manage everyday chores, getting the kids to school on time, making lunch and dinners, cleaning and caring for a sick child makes life tough. We are here to try and help to make life a little easier. We can provide the following, tailored to each family: gas gift cards, grocery cards, respite, sibling care, meal trains, family dinner nights, Wish referrals and a support network.

Hope for Kids is inspired by a beautiful, smart, loving and brave-beyond-words little boy, named Ryan. Ryan was an inspiration to everyone who was lucky enough to meet him. He was adored by his big brother Matthew and always had a smile or a hug readily available. Ryan battled his whole life against a variety of different health issues and passed away from brain cancer January 24th, 2012. His legacy lives on in Hope for Kids.
